Apparel and ScreenprintingHow to OrderProcess

Artwork is printed from our computers onto a translucent paper (also called film).

Then the screen is then coated with photographic emulsion and is exposed to light.

This process (called burning) creates a stencil-like image of your artwork on the screen.

Now that the screen is ready to be used for printing it is locked into place on the press.

Your shirt is then positioned on a pallet and the screens are carefully registered to print.

Once the screen and shirt are in place the printer will use a squeegee to push the ink thru the screen onto the shirt.

After being printed, your T-shirt is sent through a super hot dryer. This cures the ink and makes your shirt safe to wash and wear over and over again.

The printed shirts are then double-checked for quality and quantity, folded with care, and finally stacked in a heavy duty Ad Spice box.
