The Ad Spice Art Department offers a range of services that are designed to bring your marketing visions to life. In order to better serve your needs we are able to accept artwork in the following stages of completion:

1. Create Your Art
   Please consult the Art Specs PDF for more information on creating print-ready artwork as well as info on file formats & resolution requirements.
2. Send Us Your Finished Art
   When your art is finished you can send it via e-mail or drop off a disk, whichever is more convenient for you. *Please be sure to speak with an Ad Spice Sales Rep before sending any artwork – we won't proceed with a job until an order has been generated.
3. We Send You An Art Proof
   Once we have determined that your art is print-ready we will send you a proof of your item. This proof will include all of the necessary job specs, such as imprint size, imprint location, and ink colors.
4. Approve or Make Changes
   When you are ready to move ahead with the job, you can sign off on the proof, or make changes as necessary by contacting your Sales Rep.

1. Sketch Out Your Idea
   Bring us your sketches, notes, doodles, or otherwise unfinished art, and leave all the boring, laborious, and technical design stuff to us.
2. We Reproduce Your Art
   We will create print-ready artwork to match the style, content, and character of the original work.
3. We Send You An Art Proof
   The art proof will include all of the necessary job specs, such as imprint size, imprint location, and ink colors.

4. Approve or Make Changes
   When you are ready to move ahead with the job, you can sign off on the proof, or make changes as necessary by contacting your Sales Rep.

1. Design Consultation
   We will discuss the basics or not-so-basics (themes, dates, text, photos/illustrations, etc.) that you would like incorporated into the design. This step may take place in person, on the phone, or over e-mail.
2. We Create Original Art
   We will create artwork for you based on the information & ideas discussed in the initial consultation.
3. We Send You An Art Proof
   The art proof will include all of the necessary job specs, such as imprint size, imprint location, and ink colors.
